It has already been confirmed that the picture is a fanart from an user on Deviantart, but come on . From the first look it should already have been pretty obvious to spot that it isn't official art.

I think this is fake. Notice the tails and the weird ghost finger under Videl's arm. Anyone else want to weigh in on it?
