Actually. King Vegeta has Blue hair, not Black Hair, and the last time i checked, he is a Full Blooded Saiyan.

Is is possible for Half Saiyans to go past SSJ2? I beleave so, even if we havent seen it yet. This person i was speaking with kept saying that Half Saiyans CANT go past SSJ2. I mean come on, just cause we havent seen it dosent mean it CANT happen ...
