You can't make female Saiyans period. People have already beaten the game and there's absolutely no evidence of it. It's just another missing feature out of another billion that should have been in this game.

It means absolutely nothing.

Ultimate Butouden made all the forms play completely differently and still had a bunch of characters. It shouldn't be that hard.

Being able to make my character look like he escaped from a Blingee gif is the only thing that can redeem only being able to make male saiyans.

The brand manager doesn't know what he means. He's just saying words that he thinks are vaguely related to Dragon Ball in some way.

I'm only happy about the character creator because I hope it's the start of a movement towards custom character stuff in anime fighting games.
