Going by the anime version, its one of the worst arcs in the series imo. I'd probably rate it above the Revival of F arc but definitely not over any arc in the original manga, not even the Pilaf arc. Compared to GT, I can't say since its been a long time since I watched GT and I'm due for a rewatch....
