Well, DBZ was always DBZ. It had some flaws and we'd always complain about them . Now we have a chance 20 years later to view a less flawed adaption of the Manga and instead we just get more flaws.

I finally watched this episode and I've gotta say the censoring was kind of lame but what bothered me most was the re-drawn scenes or whatever. It's obvious to me when I see them, they just have a different look to them. And there is little to no shading or anything on the scenes so it looks kind of ...

Yeah it is. Censoring it when it was fine before is ridiculous. DB Kai is fast becoming like the freaking english dub was just in HD and in Japanese. It's very ......... ironic isn't it.

I agree with you that I don't see the point in removing the blood, but I also don't see the point in complaining it's gone. That's how miniscule this is, to me at least.

I'd like to see something where Hercule/Mr. Satan ends up actually learning to use his ki and flying/using energy attacks. Funimation has removed DB Kai episode 1 from YT... by copyright claim. I know that doesn't mean they're going to dub it, but they're aware of it and I think they might just do that in the future. Several people have commented on my DBKai Episode 1 Review over at YouTube saying this.

I haven't seen an episode yet. But the new ending, opening and eyecatches are very impressive. It makes me wish the show was just re-animated. I love the ending song but the OP song is just kind of ... meh... and sounds a LOT like Dan Dan, which I know a few people have already mentioned.
