I feel like Sparking Zero kind of skimped on the DBS content.
No U6 arc
no neutral space map
no Botamo or magetta - this one really angers me because no game seems to want them. BT, which is known for incorporating tertiary characters and fighters that can't fly just flat-out ignores them too ...

The 10x kamehameha is incredibly stupid.

Any attack can be powered up as much or as little as you want, there's no default base power to multiply 10x.
It makes no sense.

Sometimes characters make new beam attacks, perhaps they are more powerful then previous attacks like vegeta replacing galick ...

They'd probably put Oolong in as a playable character or Puar before they ever add bio broly.

I can actually bring myself to watch it, and in terms of the Z dub as a whole it's definitely better than Seasons 3 and 4 (note that i'm talking about the broadcast seasons as aired, not the home releases numbering) and like the OG DB dub it's decent enough and watchable for what it is.

Yeah, no. They were literally hired on the cheap by FUNi and many of them had little to no acting experience aside from a few doing community theater here and there. Just listen to most of their early stuff especially DB movie 2 and Season 3 and it's very clear that they weren't good ...

How is this debatable exactly? It wasn't a remotely good dub by any means acting or script wise especially in Season 3, now by the Buu arc it got to a barely passable ok-ish level but early on...yeah not so much.

yeeea you can't really pull off what japan did in english. a woman voicing what looks like adult goku in a english dub would just come off incredibly jarring.

I don't have any of the blue bricks and the box set for all the volumes looks really, really tempting but that price tag has me hesitant yet again. its a shame too because the box looks really nice.
