Yea you can but you can't equip scouters just take them off of the guys that have them. They also have a remove hat item as well. I have seen equally as many people say they liked Galaxy mode and you actually get more fights in it than a majority of story modes from any game. The story mode has become fights and talking involved basically anyway they just cut out the middle man.
