I totally agree with, they shouldn't hide really things to children, that's why I find those preschoolar shows not apropriate for kids, as they are lying to them. Blood, death and nudity exists, so there is no reason to hide it Edit: While I agree that some stances on censorship and editing are a b...

It's because when Dragon Ball first gained popularity here in America, it became another one of those trends kids get into, like Pokemon. The other shonen series which aren't held in such light are fairly newer and have more developed plots/characters. I bet that in a few years, Naruto and One Piec...

Because it is a kids shows. It's a kids show, where the point of sale is muscle-bound men and boys fly around, and fight aliens, robots, monsters and mutants with SUPER FAST AMAZING Martial arts and giant fireballs that destroy worlds. However, don't worry about how Anime fandom labels it in compari...

Dragonball/Z R3 DVD release
I was having a look over at these boxsets at Yesasia, they're Japanese/Chinese uncut sets, sans English subtitles, and don't actually look like bootlegs. But I can't help but wonder what they're actually like, since they seem like cheaper alternatives to a Region 2 release (which mind you is nice, h...

If you have the time, it's kinda fun (eh, fun?) making your own, since you're then able to switch them around and customize them to your hearts content. Shit, I'm getting GT, and putting all 20 discs into ten double-disc thinpacks (9 mm cases, as opposed to 14 mm ones) and having the entire thing ta...

Order the product, and it'll take you through a checkout process. You can add your shipping address and payment method then. Express ships via DHL. Thanks for answering my questions, DBW. But now that brings me to another (sorry,): Since I've never used DHL, and have only experience using FedEx, an...

Does anyone know whether we'll get details of the box's physical appearance soon? I.E. how the box looks, the look of the booklet, etc. And thanks for clearing up my price confusion, DBW and Milton and whoever else I forgot. Soonish. I imagine it's going to be the same appearance as the previous bo...

I imagine during the several thousand after-life years Goku spent training, he got the Super Saiyan-with-a-pure-heart-of-gold thing down pat, hence why he could do it against Buu. But then again, considering the plotholes Toei decide to shove into the DB universe, it'd be best to ignore any movie-cr...

I am a firm believer that the dubs would have been more widely accepted by the Japanese version's fanbase if it maintained the original music. Marginally. Very marginally. A lot of people still wouldn't have liked it for three reasons- 1. Missing footage, no matter how insignificant 2. It's in Engl...

Points made by others are super and I'm just echoing that. Now, the commentaries on FLCL specifically state why things are there, be for sentimental, analytical or just style value. It is made and built in a specific way, by people who know what they were doing. If it were 'random', there wouldn't b...

What do you mean nobody's gonna pay 50,000 yen? The price has been announced, officially, as 50,000 yen. Go to the website... Or are you saying they're gonna reduce the price? What's going on? Preorder Prices are going to be atleast 20% off. The only thing I can think of that has a strike against i...
