It's not a real Kanji symbol.

If you want to have a similar idea of what 2ch humour is like, it's like somethingawful.com forums, only more anime/manga oriented and much more of a circlejerk.

It's humour/parody from the popular Japanese messageboard "2ch". Even translated, the jokes and such (mostly revolved around mascots and other fictional characters) would be lost on you since it's mostly not very funny.

They're going to keep pushing the envelope on this, aren't they? Regardless, it would be a huge shame (but not entirely unexpected) if they didn't redub the third season onward to continue this uhh... vulgarity? ^_^

I wonder how long it'll be before a shit gets thrown into there :)

Long hair, Hair gel, Hair dye, green contacts and one fucking crazy lights show.

Also being a fictional character can help.

Errr, do please explain this, considering the size of the video and where it was more than likely ripped from, what did you do to "get" this quality?

Here's hoping they stay on VoD for the moment, but since they haven't rutted themselves into labelling their channel as "anime whatever", unlike ADV, FUNimation can possibly hope to show some of their live action properties too, which should help flesh the network out. FUNimation actually ...

Argh! Maybe I'll sell the boxes and buy single volumes!
Atleast you have space conservation, which should count for something, right?

Just pre-ordered the first volume from Amazon JP. I'm only going to buy the volumes that have the best episodes like SS Goku vs Freeza, SS2 Gohan vs Cell, etc. I hope they re-release the DBZ Dragon Box. They probably know that fans want them. I can't believe that stuff was limited. I'll be able to ...

Could someone post them here/elsewhere? I'm at work at the moment and we don't have flash/whatever, so the jumpland website is a bit useless at the moment.

(then again I should just wait till I get home, but that'd mean having patience :( )

Edit: Dragonball Movie #2 release+ Boxset info.

Diamond Comics recently published their December Preview catalouge listing, which for those of you who don't know contains whatever Anime is coming out around those times (give or take a month or so), and often contains a few choice gems that studios havent announced or solicited publically yet (A l...

He also did Big O fansubs, which unfortunantly used washed-out colour sources, more notably the red. In a way it made the show look a bit older than it really was, which wasn't so bad.

I don't quite understand all the big deal about 5.1 sound, but the dvds do have that option. I was refering to the currently released DVDs (freeza-buu) being redone, as they do not have 5.1. I don't see the point in a 5.1 for a fullscreen TV-budget show from the 80's, and considering it's not a rea...

I'm just wondering if there'll be a new release of the currently available episodes under the "ultimate uncut" label, since you could repatch certian parts of the dub (changed voice actors, revamp/add flavour to some dialouge, etc), give it a 5.1, include the spanish version.. etc. It'd be...
