If you're referring to the time limit for fusion, then this is Potara ear ring fusion.. there's no time limit.Rocketman wrote:The fusion would die in less than thirty minutes.
Otherwise, I still don't see why he would die. Physical stress from SSJ 3 or something?

Re: Dragon Ball Z's ending
No matter what, I'll always believe A.T. should have ended it at the Frieza saga. Goku becomes the legendary Super Saiyan, avenges his fellow saiyans and friends by killing the evil tyrant of the universe, then selflessly dies in Namek's explosion.

It could also have happened if Android 16 successfully Self Destructed.
No, because Gohan and Goku would be waaay stronger than Vegeta and Trunks and it didn't look like it in this movie.
It's difficult to compare their strength when the villian they're up against is extremely overpowered ...

Re: Broli: SSJ3 or LSSJ3?
I think the recent "what-if" transformations have made little sense, even in a non-canon sense. Bardock wasn't near strong enough to attain Super Saiyan, nor was Trunks for Super Saiyan 3, and maybe arguably even Broli, since he was defeated by Gohan and Goten, who could never hold a candle to ...

Re: Cell + Artificial Moon?
A-ny-ways, Cell having the technique is certainly plausible, but I don't think he could transform. You need to 1/4 Saiyan to turn Super Saiyan, and I assumed you'd need the same or more to go Oozaru. I can't remember how many different cells were used in Cell's creation, but if the humans count ...

Re: My theory on why Cell does not know Kaioken
If he can use the Kamehameha, Solar Flare, Freeza's laser beam, etc. then why not the Kaioken? The only reason Cell didn't initially know Instant Transmission was because Goku learned that after the events on Namek. He also said he can use the Spirit Bomb, I don't see why we should doubt him at this ...

Re: Why #16 was a failure
But although #16 loved nature, that didn't affect his mission of killing Goku. He was single-minded in his objective, moreso than any of the other Androids we saw, so I don't see how that could make him a failure.
I believe Android 16's love of life is what obviously made him a failure. It's ...

Re: Why #16 was a failure
Maybe #16 was programmed to kill Goku, but not yet programmed to obey other Gero's orders. That wouldn't necessarily make him a "failure", just incomplete.

Sorry, what I meant was GT doesn't make a whole lot of sense as it is.
But Pan not becoming a Super Saiyan isn't something that doesn't make sense. There's nothing that says "Pan must be able to transform into a Super Saiyan". An in-universe explanation could be simply be the fact that she's ...

Re: Legendary Super Saiyan?
I suppose it's something unique to Broli, thus it's not worth listing (like it doesn't list each of Freeza's transformations).
Then why would it include False SSJ? Only Goku used it, and it only appeared once in a movie, for a brief period of time.
At least with LSSJ it appears in two movies ...

Re: Do you think Freeza,Cell and Majin-Buu are immune to poi
But just by looking at Cell you can somewhat tell. The connection of his limbs appear to be some kind of elastic material. Not to mention his body as a whole, for me it appear to be made of plastic or silicone.
He resembles an insect with an exoskeleton to me. I don't know about plastic or ...

Re: Rewrite of the DBZ movies
Definitely Movie 8 and 10. Movie 8 had a horrible "we got to end the movie now" ending. Movie 10 brought a lot of confusion over Gohan being SSJ 2 or not (this would overall determine Broly's actual strength). Also the Dragon Balls granting a wish without summuning Shenron was a bit silly.

Re: Is GT really inconsistent?
^Freeza and Cell not being able to die, because they're already dead is a good one too. If you want to go by the manga, then none of the villians in hell are suppose to have bodies, thus the entire the Super 17 saga couldn't have existed.

I think he means if we're passionate about it.
I like DB, I like discussing it... debating... but at the end of the day, I'm not going to have a heart attack over it.
