Definitely Movie 8 and 10. Movie 8 had a horrible "we got to end the movie now" ending. Movie 10 brought a lot of confusion over Gohan being SSJ 2 or not (this would overall determine Broly's actual strength). Also the Dragon Balls granting a wish without summuning Shenron was a bit silly.

^Freeza and Cell not being able to die, because they're already dead is a good one too. If you want to go by the manga, then none of the villians in hell are suppose to have bodies, thus the entire the Super 17 saga couldn't have existed.
