Damn, I've been working on something exactly like this. Although not for the full Buu Saga, but two episodes of Majin Vegeta's transformation. I also made some eyecatches for it, as well as some title cards.

It kinda sounds like Sonny Strait's Kuririn has been faltering in the past few episodes. He seems a little off, too exaggerated.

Yeah, and that's a shame because I've always found him to be somewhat of an underrated gem of the Dragon Ball cast, well, recently at least. Maybe he was getting lazy ...

1. Where would they get the music?
2. Who would be doing the recuts?


1. I assume/hope that they would license the existing Kai soundtrack.

2. I would assume, Chris Sabat. Which, you know ...

I'd like to spark a little groundless speculation here, but what would people think if Funimation decided to do their own recut of the series, with the manga as a base? Now of course I don't expect any reanimation, and we might have to settle for the orange brick "remasters" rather than the Dragon ...

Say, is anyone playing the blu-ray version of this on a ps3 with an SDTV? I got it for christmas, and although it looks great, the aspect ratio is all messed up. Anyone have a similar problem?
