With the remake of Dragon Ball Super announced, it got me thinking. Should Dragon Ball GT be remade at some point? Maybe even set in the same continuity as the new version of Super?

I think a lot of the core ideas are solid. Baby, Super 17, Hell on Earth, the Shadow Dragons, Uub and Buu ...

They will probably juet reuse Sumitomo's music.

I would love for a new composer, though. Takanashi Yasuharu would be amazing, he does cool battle music and really warm slice-of-life music.

I enjoyed Sumitomos music in the majin boo arc of DB Kai and was astounded by how bad his early score was for DB super. I also think that Daima only being 20 episodes really impacted its narrative potential. Just with what they gave us there was at least 30 episodes worth of content here.

I am by no means complaining but making an observation. We all know that they are going through a phase of bringing back in the most popular elements of Dragon Ball.

While I can't comment on the soundtrack album yet, the score in the show has been exceptionally frustrating.
