So is he really going to come with the effect part as shown like, three years ago? No one knows yet. Some are saying it might be a re-use of the Kamehameha part that came with Cell. Personally, I think he's coming with the charge-up effect that you mentioned. Goku's price-point is lower than Cell's...

If this is a re-release of the original dub... then it's official: Funimation has milked DBZ to the point where the cow has left town and they are trying to milk the air.

It's absolutely amazing that they keep finding new ways to make the home video release of DBZ more and more convoluted.

I found what I've read of Toriko to be really enjoyable. It's a really neat throwback to older comics where characters had actual muscle mass.
