I honestly believe Golden Freeza is SSJ3 and Cooler final form is SSJ2. Golden form gives a huge power boost but the results isn't a good as intended. Like SSJ3 it's best in short burst not for long term battles due to stamina. Cooler form while not as strong but produced great effects.
