In an old Jakks Pacific commercial for their Dragon Ball toys (apparently from 2004), the term "Tenkaichi Budokai stadium" is used. With the exception of subtitles, has this ever been used by other official English sources?

Both are crap, neither is particularly better than the other, it's a choice between two unbelievably shit, not-worth-your-money sets, which you really shouldn't buy.
