Super Saiyan (Berserk) isn't really a new form. It's just a corruption of Goku as a whole, making him evil and rampage while he's Super Saiyan (2).

Base Goku and Vegeta in their Saiyan Arc attire are already coded into the game with placeholders, their outfits and probably the audio. So yeah, most likely they're next. With Ranger 17 and (Final Form) Coola in the rear.
