In 3 syllable names, the emphasis is often put on the 1st syllable. Look at Naruto, for example.

As far as keeping stuff from ROF arc goes, I'd say most of 16 and all of 18 are worth keeping

It's audible, but it doesn't have much impact on the scenes because if you turn it up to focus on the music in the player, the voices will be ear shattering.
