I know thats not the point of the thread but like i said it'd be the same movie if Broly hated Vegeta (and he does hate him but he just doesn't care about him), and focused more on Vegeta the movie would have been the same, fights and everything... you will still find it annoying and not interesting.

Ok but you can't change the movie, just accept the way it is. If you dont find it interesting its your opinion. I personally always liked Broly's story, his motivation doesn't matter to me.

If you think the movie isnt interesting, trust me it'd be worse if Vegeta had to deal with Broly. I mean what do you want to know or see about Vegeta and Broly? they would just fight each other just like broly and goku... vegeta wouldn't make things any better, itd be the same story.

Broly and Paragus both hate King Vegeta, so broly probably dislikes Vegeta too but it is unclear if he actually hates kakarot or not in the first movie... he just doesnt care about Vegeta because he isn't powerful enough, Broly OS him. I think he might actually hate Vegeta, because when he charged at him Broly said "Hmph! I'm not going to let you die so easily!"

You can say that about Freezer too... why is he evil? what about kid buu? janemba? i feel like you don't really understand what a true Saiyan is... Saiyans from U7 are a naturally aggressive warrior race, and Broly is the perfect example. That's it.

Well its stated by Paragus himself, he says that his son is the very model of a Saiyan... what do you mean? goku and vegeta aren't less saiyans, they are just not the perfect saiyan. The legendary super saiyan is all about strenght and monstrosity/violence/instability/craziness.

Broly is just there to prove what a real Saiyan is and how powerful, brutal he is compared to the other Saiyans... I think that's good enough and if he was canon they could develop his character even more with his father etc... just like how they do with Kale right now.

Does he hate him? we don't even know... he just wants to fight him and the way he screams is probably because of his instincts... he probably starts hating him in the second movie because he lost to him.

Saiyans like fighting in general, no reason needed... Broly is the perfect example of the Saiyans, he just likes fighting on a whole different level. Caulifla also likes fighting and power... thats all...

Broly is not a normal Saiyan. King Vegeta wanted to get ride of him for a reason...

Well, his "motivation" isn't all that bad. Destiny, why not. Goku is a great opponent and Broly is a true Saiyan, so I understand that he wants to face a strong opponent. Even Goku loves to fight with strong opponents, it just proves how important fighting is for Saiyans.

^Ooooh... interesting, very interesting. Never thought of that. Someone should make a video about Broly and his "motivation" so people would stop with the crying thing because damn he is one of my fav chars and i didnt even know about that when it was that simple...

So it actually makes more sense now, even though I still don't really get it.
