I don't think the Japanese would develop for the 360 on their own, the market just isn't there. Part of the reason they are developing Z games is the money from international companies.
The Naruto game on the 360 is being paid for if not developed by Ubisoft.

I think but I'm not 100% sure that the Neko Majin they have up for download is a double chapter so is 1-2 ^^

The great Saiyaman saga is a parody of the superhero/sentai genre so of course there's comic book jokes in. There's a strong superman thing runing through DBZ, and I'm pretty sure that's why Gohan has thick black framed glasses in GT that being the classic Clark Kent look.

Hahah I sat and tried to do that with my little brother! I really wish they'd do Neko Majin Z with that aniamtion style.
