My biggest gripe is that they're supposed to be like 13-14 and they're still written like they're 7 years old.

The confetti thing is probably the only joke type thing he ever did. Being comically overpowered doesn't really make him a gag character.

To my knowledge, Budokai was never played hyper competitively and was just popular among DBZ fans who also happened to be into video games. Fighterz is targeted at fans of more "hardcore" Fighterz. It can't really replace anything, because it's filling a hole Budokai 3 wasn't even in.

It's nuts to think there's still unreleased stuff that's been lost for over twenty years. Just when you think you know every obscure thing in the franchise.
