Isn't Goku supposed to have gone SSJ2 against Rildo? I could never tell because, for me, SSJ and SSJ2 Goku look the same. Scroll down to Rocketman's post. He's obviously stronger than he was at the end of Z, but he was not equal to Goku, because he still couldn't turn SSJ3 or 4 on his own... GT is a mess though, and has pretty much been canceled out by Toriyama saying that Goku won't turn SSJ2 or 3 anymore after becoming SSJG. There isn't ssj2 in GT....
