In terms of television, while PAL is 50Hz, that actually makes PAL television run at a faster frame rate. PAL is 25FPS, NTSC is 24. As such, depending on how well Madman optimised the NTSC masters for PAL use, their DB home media could run faster and at a higher audio pitch than FUNi's.
