My wild guess is that Earth is the 4th star ball, somehow. Thus why Champa wants to steal it, and because Goku has always had such a close connection to that ball. But maybe that is the wrong mix of too obvious and too far out there.

Well, it might still hit LA before the US, and maybe before most of the rest of Europe.

It is also possible that a greater share of people were watching the Tokyo Marathon opening, since that was the top sport of the week and was on the same timeslot as DBS. Most people are not going to watch like 2-3 hours of marathon, so they tuned off in time for One Piece or something.

I mean, it is still an extra *limb*. Doesn't matter how strong you are, seems like that could be useful or visually interesting, even if Oozaru is never used.
