One thing I find interesting about this chapter is that this is the first time since Battle of Gods that 6 Saiyans from Universe #7 have reunited. Now anyone of them could perform the Super Saiyan God ritual if they want.

I will wait until the official release to draw any hard conclusion, but so far Ultra Instinct (silver) is stronger than Ultra Instinct (black) when Goku’s heart is 100% calm. When it’s not the power levels are flipped.

I think it’s likely that Goku and Vegeta have surpassed Zombie Gas, but I’m not entirely certain about it myself. Maybe this month chapter will shed some light on the subject. Goku doesn’t say Dabra is comparable to Cell at his strongest though. Judging from his fight against SS Gohan, Dabra is only within the range that Cell covered, difficult for a SS, manageable by a SS2. Likewise, Goku only says he's tougher than what he expected after seeing Dabra using magic.
