I did like SSJ2 Goku vs. Goku Black. It was a fun little fight that further made Black seem mysterious. I didn't like SSJ2 Goku vs. Zamasu, though, but that was due to Goku's childish personality the whole episode.

I learnt to not be hyped by images or teasers of an upcoming film, so I don't expect Piccolo to be significant in the Super movie at all. To me, in most movies, he's always been one of the guys to take part in defeating the villain's squad before getting tormented by the villain. Nothing too special.

I would. For me, it's what Super did the best, though I would certainly miss the elements of action and story since that's what the series was built upon, unless the slice of life stuff tell good stories such as Tights and Jaco.

As much as I wish Piccolo to be given more prominence by powering him up and featuring him in important solo fights, I don't count on neither Toei nor Toyotaro to give him that much importance, unless they somehow pull an Android 17.

I recall that in the extended version of the theatrical film, Oolong had a rock-paper-scissors match with Beerus and lost. This was not shown in theaters but was included in the anime, though.
