Yeah, I mean at most he might be able to sustain it for a few seconds, but then he would probably explode from the sheer strain alone, and the energy drain would be tremendous.

To be fair, it didn't really work against Vegeta and Freeza. All it did was really piss Vegeta off and Freeza survived it via sheer endurance. It only actually killed Pure Buu.

I'd also be a liar if I said I didn't think of Dragon Ball at the very least, once a day. I mean, my desktop background is Goku vs Vegeta, so it's there if I like it or not.

I think that while the BF score may not be the greatest in the anime, it's absolutely great for the LOG games.

I may have started a little late with the games, but at the very least, I chose one of the best DBZ games to get!

I enjoy the Saiyan Arc and Buu arc better in the anime, but I like the Freeza and Cell arc better in the manga.

Granted, I don't think that's too uncommon, but it's probably not an opinion everyone shares.

I'm more accepting of the dub's explanation, or as you said, he just thought he was like Piccolo in the fact that he needed his head to regenerate. Besides, maybe the nucleus transferred to his mid-section literally just right before the blast?
