More like post-Cell. The Boo arc was just as terrible if not almost as bad as anything to come after it. The series started to become wack even as far as the Majin Boo Saga. Yeah for me personally I think a better title would've been, "Why is it so hard to make the series good post-Cell?"...

Eh, I feel like Yamucha has to be their early in the story for it to be called the Yamucha/Yamcha arc.
Personally if their were to change the name of the arc I would go with the "Goku arc".
