Cell would be a fascinating choice.

Fusion is pretty all over the place as far as power level goes. They're just both incredibly weak, even with it. I don't think they'd scale up to Freezas max power. If they transformed he's going to cut their tail off and then they're really screwed.

That would be nice, but I doubt it'll ever happen. They have to age them up and stop making them just be Gotenks fuel.

They don't come off as very strong, especially as individuals.I can't imagine they're much different then the Buu arc.

In proper Dragon Ball fashion, I'm sure they'd stumble across some villain eventually. Goku would be incredibly bored after finishing Uubs training and there's no threat looming.
