Broly could be a major recurring character in the future and just be neutral good.

Gohan was ment to succeed goku by some but that didn’t come to pass.

I don't think Dragon Ball is bankrupt I mean it is a literal cash cow franchise that has been successful I doubt it would be considered bankrupted.

Dude Cell was the least popular villain in japan and Frieza is the most popular there.

Also Frieza was never a retcon you never read the manga properly.

The Saiyan saga already hinted that Frieza's existence but you obviously never get the memo.

You know I am noticing the things Team four star did in some of super's run but now I am a bit sad that Dragon ball abridged is over.

Well yeah in a sense but in piccolo’s case he feels vengeance was empty while gero’s victory ended being meaningless since Goku was eventually revived again at the end of the buu arc.
