I don't know about close relationship with Toei, but they do air a lot of Toei's shows for cheap. These are shows that would never see the light of day on TV again, Dragon Ball Z Kai was a nice surprise. I think they just air a pre-edited version, I don't think Kix have the team to edit anything fur...
