Overall I would say I prefer FUNi's way of acting over the Ocean Group's, but I simply prefer the Ocean Group's voices a lot. Kaioshin might not have the best voice for acting, but frankly FUNi's version just sounded horribly. Same for Dabura and *shivers* Buu. For some reason Ocean simply picks out...

TOEI has put out all of the series, remastered, on DVD. And yes, the quality is miles above the American version.
