Episode 113: Again... more low frame-rate.

EDIT: Okay now this is getting kind of distracting; this is the worst use of low frame-rate so far.

I'm pretty sure most of the missing scenes came mostly from the flashbacks. And the film is the better for it. Instead of all the Bardock stuff, which has NO effect on the story, they should've fleshed out the story between Broly and Paragus more. There could've potentially been more Broly/Paragus ...

This was a good return to form in my opinion, largely in fact due to the Universe 6 Saiyans especially Cabba's VA who shone especially bright here, Clifford Chapin is his name. TV Series:
- Every year, with good production, we get 26 episodes and they follow the manga or we get a new arc from Toriyama's outlines and Toei manages to go complete that specific arc in those 26 episodes.

Movies:
- We get a new movie every two-three years written by Toriyama.

If Toriyama continues to write outlines for each arc, then DB should definitely just be an annual seasonal 25/26 episode run with a new arc every year.
