Re: Dragon Ball Super air on Italy [UPDATE]
so I'm almost happy Vanni didn't touched Super. Nah, I'm listening to some of these old OPs, Vanni is a legend. Detective Conan (this is Top 3 out of any OP in any language for me :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KzkfbkKY7Qk Saint Seiya https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f_E0oSPKpKo Beyblade V Force...

Re: Super Animation Catalogue 2.0 - Episode 71
Not sure if this was Tate, but I'd much rather him do scenes like this, where he can retain his fluidity, but there are no close up shots that ruin the feel of the episode.

Haven't heard Italian dub since I was a kid but I love Giorgio Vanni's OPs.
I think his OPs are the BEST out of any language. If people haven't heard them, you're really missing out.

Re: Super Animation Catalogue 2.0 - Episode 70
It doesn't matter how fluid Tate's animation is, if the characters look derpy as hell. You can't take the scene seriously. It takes you out of it. I don't know why Toei keeps giving him cuts when he doesn't have enough time. Either give him time and do it right, or don't do it at all.

Yeah, the other spin offs. But the original was a HUGE hit outside of Japan.precita wrote: Yu-gi-oh isn't popular outside of Japan, and only the first series was really popular in America. The other 5 series aren't.

Re: ''Universe survival Arc'' Battle Royale type of Arc???
I wish they had introduced the Makaioshins fighting the Gods in an actual "Battle of Gods" War. Make the fight could take part in the demon realm where Xeno's powers don't work or some shit, because Xeno ruins everything. But hey let's fight so Xeno is entertained! Yay! The gap betwen the ...

How about you learn what a tournament is before you start calling other people morons. Thank you Sherlock for your brilliance. I didn't know what a tournament is. If you didn't notice I was referring to plot structure. Even when it's not a technical tournament, it's the same b.s.: - No adventure - ...

Fucking Super man. They really dropped the fucking ball with this one. 90% of the show is just a fucking tournament. BoG: Beerus vs Everyone RoF: Goku+Vegeta vs. Frieza U6 arc: Tournament Trunks: At least 1 decent arc SA: Tournament AGAIN How about you lazy morons write some actual plot for once? Ch...

Re: Should Super be canon in your mind?
The problem with Super is that it's Toriyama's nephew not child. He's too removed from the final product, and other writer have to fill in the holes, making a giant clusterfuck. In addition, it's made 20 years after, when Toriyama forgot about Launch and Merc. Tao a few chapters after he'd written a...

Re: Should Super be canon in your mind?
I consider it like GT (fanfic). Don't get me wrong I enjoyed this arc, but I just can't accept something like the Trunks outcome. To me Trunks is resting in peace somewhere in the future after killing Androids. After all he went through, I'd like to think the "hope" in his time machine, wa...

Close to SSBlue, but below it. Maybe 50-60%. He kicked SS Blue Vegeta hard, but couldn't defeat him.

Hit didn't use his assassination techniques, which are his forte.precita wrote:Shouldn't Goku be able to defeat Hit easily at this point? Goku was pretty much a match for him in the tournament, and now this is after his training in the time chamber and fights against Zamasu.

Re: [Spoilers] So, did anyone predict this arc's major points correctly?
The only thing I somewhat guessed right, was Zamasu from our timeline stealing Goku's body, after the 12-Universe tournament (where I assume all Kaioshins will be there). And since he moved to a different timeline (Trunks'), killing Zamasu here didn't affect him. In the manga he stole Goku's body af...

Re: The upcoming Hit arc: Canon or Filler?
Unless this is a gag episode, I think this is for real. The backstory of this would be too long and complex, for it to be a filler arc.
I am 100% sure, the U12 time traveller has something to do with this.

Re: How does rank Zamasu amongst the main villains?
I love how almost everyone likes Black over Zamasu, yet it's hard to point to why, because the differences are subtle. This shows Toei did a great job in characterisation. Black was essentially birthed out of Zamasu's envy of Goku. Future Zamasu didn't encounter Goku. While still retaining that hatr...

Re: Zamasu's Goals and Backstory = Crap
There is definitely a difference between Black and Zamasu. Black is a Gokufied Zamasu. He picked up a lot of little quirks of Goku, once he took his body. (Remember the future Zamasu didn't encounter Goku) Zamasu wanted immortality, Black didn't want it. He was sated by the power. Like Goku, he didn...

Re: Zamasu's Goals and Backstory = Crap
"Zamasu" wasn't the main villain though. There is a difference between Zamasu and Black. This is clearly shown when Black doesn't wish for immortality. Their difference is a bit like Piccolo and the Demon King. Once in Goku's body, his character changed. He still held the same view, but he...

Re: How does rank Zamasu amongst the main villains?
Zamasu I don't rank at all. He's just a whiny little bitch. Black on the other hand, which ironically is 90% alike Zamasu, is #1 for me. His presence and mannerisms perfectly complement who he is as a character. I think Gokufying Zamasu really alters his characters. 1. Black 2. Vegeta 3. Frieza 4. C...

Re: Dragon Ball Super FT Trunks arc - Your thoughts?!
My issues: - Ass pulls for moves - Explain the fucking moves/transformations - They should have just Mafubad Zamasu. T+M going to new timeline is weird... - Stop using Xeno as a plot tool. I really dislike him as a character (not him specifically, but his character matched to that position) - Ending...
