I think that this time the movie will set up the new arc or arcs, and that when Super returns, it wont be a retelling, but Super will be a natural continuation of it. Like building off it and running with it. Fleshing it out etc

I don't see all the universes being wished back, but I do see Goku and Vegeta coming to a deal and deciding to wish back both U6 and U11. U6 for Vegeta and U11 for Goku
