The only way this arc could be well made is if it was scrapped entirely and re-written from the ground up into something worthwhile, the green tint and meh music is nothing when the material its tied too is such trash.

I doubt we're gonna get Toriyama to work on a DB series ever again, working on movies that each come out a couple years after each other is managable, but the guys not a spring chicken anymore. To work on a long series, even one that's say the length of GT from start to finish would be a pretty huge...
