Huh, seems like it could be neat. Voice-acting is something my friends say I should be doing, it would be neat to have a closer look at what that entails. Johnny Yong Bosch is who I'm looking forward to see. So hot! Heh. Totally my favorite former Power Ranger :P He just got cast as Ichigo in the Bl...

Oh yes, and about this new Rachael person... Does she deliberately speak with a cute voice when talking on the podcast? :? And where'd she go for half the episode? Man, she's filled with mystery. Anyway, I hope the filler updates are good. OR ELSE! Well, it's Rach e l, for one. I just use...

It's a sheer oddity in the DB world that the fusing of Kibito and Kaioshin produces no dual voice. The dual-voice was well established by that point because of Gotenks, so there's no logical reason for some other fusion not to have that voice-type. Nevertheless, I imagine Kaioshin's voice remains th...

Thought I'd add my two cents, I bought the game today only to discover, you guessed it, the same exact problem everyone else seems to be describing. This is pretty sad on Atari's part, I'm assuming they're going to offer a disc replacement deal or something in the near future, as not doing so would ...

That still doesn't explain where the other playable villain is... Also, the same sites say that one of the selectable characters is "Super Saiyan Trunks", and that there is a seperate multiplayer mode centered around Piccolo. That's half right and half wrong, there is NO Super Saiyan Trun...

The reason GT Transformation may seem inferior to it's predacesor LoG series games is basicly because it's straight up a "Fighting Game", and people have to keep in mind that this is only the second DBZ fighting game webfoot has done, Taiketsu being the first. Just be glad that it's a dec...

Mmm...interesting question. I never thought of that. I mean, since the only intact part of his body left was his brain, he could've easily made himself look younger. Maybe he based his android body on his aged human body. Or there's no actual reason at all and it's just the way Toriyama designed hi...

Well, the CG intro is shaping up to look decent...but who wants to bet some CG pics will be the cover for for Budokai Tenkaichi (thanks for getting it backwards, Atari! Way to look like idiots in front of anyone who's seen the show in Japanese...)? Oh well, I suppose that's still be better than the ...

Ugh. I've played through the game several times and unlocked the characters. It's a decent game for what it is (a side-scrolling beat-'em-up in the vein of Final Fight), but it lacks a lot of the bravado of LOG2 and Buu's Fury. The lack of ability to transform to Super Saiyan is annoying, the fact t...

Just got done playing the EU version. It has english, and so for those who want to read the dialogue, import away. Be warned, the opening song was changed from Makafushigi Adventure to some similar but different BGM, as well as the Mekase Tenkaichi music in the final round of the Tenkaichi Budokai b...

Absolutely, Dr. Slump is just crazy enough to have an audience on adult swim, and they can bill it as "the crazy comedy from the creator of Dragonball Z!"

Aye, but the original Son Wuukong/Goku didn't turn into a rampaging giant ape as far as I know. So the MvC2's Sonson turning Oozaru and spitting laser might just be a poke at DB. But I do agree that the original Sonson was a take on the legend rather than DB. Yeah, Sonson is a take off of the origi...

According to the press release, it looks like Navarre is merely buying Funimation, not necessarily taking them over (which would imply a replacement of individuals in the corporation, or some sort of restructuring). So, we can assume Funimation will continue business as usual.

Any chance the GC port of Budokai 2 will be released in Japan? It would be noticably easier to import GC games than PS2 ones, simply because the GC has such a simple method for playing imported games.

Its really funny to see cause his voice dosn't fit at all, its just Krillins voice exactly, he dosen't even try to do a dogs voice.
Educational?!?!?

I believe he stated in a Jump interview that he used to watch Dragonball with his kids. Yeah, he's said on numerous occasions that he used to sit down with his kids and watch the show while they ate dinner (like a special Wednesday (I think?) night thing). Yeah, no positronics in Dr. Gero's brain...he just wanted to sorta put it in a glass jar/container...thing. As a mad scientist (technically a mad roboticist, but who's splitting hairs?) he knows the awesome power of a brain in a jar.
