There really wasn't any noteworthy action in this episode. It was underwhelming for me but I liked what was there. Tsuji definitely did a lot. Wouldn't be surprised if this got corrected by the time the episode aired in about 2 weeks. However looks like we would be getting some weak episodes before and maybe even after the special, depending on how all out they go in it. Basically same situation as #66.

Goku vs Jiren in the opening wasn't Shimanuki at all. His part was was presumed to be gohan powering up.

I don't know if anybody has noticed but the episode with Uni 6 characters doing something are the highest rated in tournament so far.

I wonder who will be with Shimanuki in the next episode. I don't think the magazine listed that. As for today's episode, I liked it more than #102. I thought it was pretty standard episode of anime. Nothing bad or noteworthy about it.

I think he came to help out. Depending on when his next episode is, he could be getting a lot of time.

Looks like it will be a 2 hour collaboration instead of 1 hour. They will break it up in 9-10 timeslot both weeks. Each one will probably have staff from their respective series, some outsiders too.

Was this part animated by Jin Inaba? I have no idea, but it was in the Wanpack half, but the cut was also in the second half as well, so it could have been made for that half and reused in the first half. In terms of animation there was nothing special but at the same time nothing bad either. Pretty safe episode.

From the way it is worded, it will probably be an hour long crossover with both DBS and One Piece staff. It makes the most sense, since One piece just got a 20th anniversary 2 hour special of it's own which is about to air in about a week.

Yep 4 people were eliminated today. Botamo and 3 U10 guys

2nd half was strong. I really liked it. 1st half though was a little weaker than I would have liked, but it was serviceable. Reuse was definitely still there, however for some reason it did not bother me this time at all. One of the better episode as a whole of the tournament so far imo.
