That's an interesting tidbit. Those Kiri systems and the Daizenshuu's description of it doesn't do the Dragonball characters justice.

I always thought Goku attained Super Saiyan 2/3 through fighting and training in Heaven. Unlike Gohan and Vegeta who needed anger to go above and beyond.
