The game was ugly as hell but it was funny to see Naruto run past the USA flag. Hope some other lesser known series make into the game.

The manga version of the arc is about as interesting as reading a text summary of what happened in the anime.

Yes, Toriyama provided the cover artwork for both the kanzenban release of the manga as well as the original daizenshuu volumes which the chozenshuu are based on.

I have to imagine Toriyama just wasn't interested in drawing detailed minor characters or backgrounds after awhile. After the 23rd TB the characters spend their time fighting in wastelands, on a barren planet, or in seclusion. There were less background characters in general until the cast is reinte...
