Yeah, still not seeing that as a valid excuse. The hair I could maybe let pass, but even the rest of his body, skin and all, looks like he stayed in the pool way to long. The pose is decent, but the art itself leaves a lot to be desired.

Super 13's base form is also confirmed. Watch the video again and look at the right edge. There is he standing besides his Super form with his yellow cap. I did say it looks like base 13 is in the scan to the right of Super 13, just with my eyes I couldn't be 100% sure until a full scan was provide...

Sweet! Now all I need from that movie is the little purple midget since Super 13 was also confirmed and 13 is a given (and possibly quasi confirmed when we get the full scan, looks like he is to the right of his Super counterpart).
