You guys still forget that in M8 Broly base form didn't have much screentime compared to the new movie, we can see him talk properly when he sleeps and asks his father what he's up to (without Paragus controlling him), so he can be calm when he wants.

I still don't understand the point of bringing back Broly... he doesn't even add anything new to the story nor deepen the legend of the super saiyan or anything about Yamoshi... I know he is just there for fanservice but I though they'd do more about the story.

These fights should have been reversed. Vegito Blue should have totally curbstomped Fused Zamasu while Gogeta Blue should’ve at least had a decent amount of trouble with Broly, considering Broly is known for his endless powerups, while Fused Zamasu didn’t seem to inherit that ability from Goku Blac...

I'm glad this movie is set in Toriyama's continuity, which are the movies. Tarble is mentioned (thus no doubt about his "existence"), no Toei's or Toyotaro's exclusive transformations, Vegeta will at last display his Super Saiyan God, as hinted at the end of Movie 14 that he would get it....

They are not in the film, but there's one "guy" at the beginning of the movie who looks like Borgos (Toteppo) and that's about it.

Why is one needed? They bring more tension and drama into the series than less evil ones do. Do they really if they always die in the end? You know that characters can somehow evolve and still stay in the story (e.g. Freezer), the old Broly had potential to be a threat and a villain at the beginnin...
