Prices like this made a lot more sense back in day before Atari decided to re-release the game. I still remember the day I saw a legitamite copy sitting in EB games wondering how the hell the game I contemplated spending thousands of dollars on was sitting right in front of me for $10. The can be said for UB22.

You have wonder though, what stopped Atari from giving Legends, the best out of three, the same treatment?

Legends had lots of voiceover that they would have to dub, but the only reason they released the PS1 Dragon Ball games was to make a quick buck. It would be counterproductive to release Legends, as they probably wouldn't get as much back as they had spent, seeing as it was a PS1 game released in the PS2 era.
