Help with Infinite World

I bought this game when it came out, but got bored after the Freeza saga and only started playing it again now. I have already cleared the GT saga, and used Great Saiyaman 2 in the Story Mode, but her capsule is not in the shop, even though, all her attacks are available to buy. What is wrong here?

Yes, I can't use in the duel mode.
