I thought Bulla already had a card, so I wondered why it would be just another Bulla?

No, I'm pretty certain she doesn't. I went to the card list on (http://www.carddass.com/dbh/sdbh/cardlist/index.php) and searched for ブラ, which didn't show me anything relevant even when I set the search to be as generic as possible.

Here's just a few characters missing that should be kind of obvious:
They've got Sayakkuman and Kyoakkuman but not Akkuman.
They've got Jackie Chun but not his Full Power transformation.
Tenshinhan doesn't have his 4 arms form.
Tambourine is in but not Cymbal or Drum.
Goku has a ton of forms but not his Power Stressed nor his Pseudo Super Saiyan.
Bra is missing.
Papayaman is missing.
Baby is in as his boy body, but not as his adult body.
Qi Xing Long is missing a transformation.
None of Garlic's minions have their transformations.
Toma has Ozaru but not the others, even though Selipa had it before in the Sparking series.
There are two Trunks: Future characters who are basically the same, but no boy Trunks from the future.
Goku and Vegeta junior are missing.
Gokua doesn't have his transformation.
Naraka, Miss Bu and Tao Pai Pai Xeno are still missing.
Neko Majin Z and Kuriza are in, but not Onio.
Gogeta in his base is missing as always.

Well if I may add, the game have some weird omissions. The ones that I can`t think a reason to still not be present in this game are Appule, Chi Chi and Yakon. One could argue that they are small characters, but looking the scope of this game roster they should be add already.

I feel Pan, Bulla, Paragus, Tarble and king vegeta are due forms. Heck Id give Bardocks whole team super saiyan 3 at this point. Imagine Topeto with Hatsune Miku pigtails for his SSS3 form

Looks like I'm late to the party. Amazing card, I want to buy one like right now just for collection purposes.

It cost quite a bit now, it's easily worth over $100 USD so if you get it just for a collection I'd suggest just waiting like a month or two for it too go down in price

You say this all the time yet at least 95% of the posts I see are entirely on-topic. You seem to come in when one or two off-topic posts are made and claim most of the thread is but you never provide examples.
