I'll take the fully new animation, Toei! :)
Am I the only one that doesn't like the new pink color used for Freeza? Other than that, the new animation wins out, but I can't get over his salmon-looking skin.

Yeah his skin looks a little too pale in comparison.

I think it looks great
The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

It is a scan for ultimate blast, not ultimate budokai,
which means it is not certain if we will be hearing the oficial chala head chala

Really? I much prefer the pink in the Kai shot than the fleshy color in the game's animation. Don't get me wrong though, I'm not really complaining about it, I just think it looks a bit odd.

Anybody got any idea about collecting the Dragonballs? Will it be like Budokai 3?
Because that would be awesome.

Because it's Namek?

Also, on that video, I seriously question the accuracy of the very last subtitle (not counting the 'Daaaaad').

New gameplay released today by Namco Bandai, Vegeta v Cell

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ia3Dqpc ... e=youtu.be

Also, a new trailer from Tokyo Games Show will be coming soon. Let's hope this includes GT or something like that.

That video put the game into a new light for me. I will probably still prefer the gameplay of the original Tenkaichi and RB games but this video and the one yesterday were really good.

Two things though:

1. Cell's Big Bang Crash looks odd. It needs be darker and redder like in RB2. It was perfect there. Also the size is again way too small.

2. Why is there no Earth explosion after the Final Flash?

I'm more confused about all the planet damage disappearing. The whole point of the Impact Break system was to cause damage to the planet that wouldn't disappear and would cause the terrain to keep changing throughout the battle, but it seems like every time they make a crater or something, it goes away once the cutscene is over...

Or at least some new characters! Excluding the Hero mode characters we have not seen any characters that weren't in RB2.

I like a lot of things that this game seems to be bringing, the presentation is a gigantic step in the right direction... but it's just a big QTE. :|

You don't have to trigger most of them.

Just helping to spread rumors from over at Goku's Corner. lol I trust set 1, but I'll need confirmation to believe set 2, that would suck even more...

Set 1:
GT will be part of the Story Mode, but the focus will be on the Z (hence the title).
Super Oozaru Bebi Vegeta won't be the only character from GT.

Set 2:
You can create 3 characters in the Hero Mode and develop them separately.
Although you have to create one character for each of the three body types; child, normal, heavy.
Each body type has specific advantages on melee, range and ki.

Well that just sucks (if true), first we thought we had the opportunity to make as many characters as we wanted, then they limit it down to 3, afterwards we suddenly can't even make 3 characters of the same body type. Where's the freaking freedom in this?

At least let us make Hero 1,2 og 3 from DB Heroes but NO. Bullocks.

You could still make them, they just can't all be kids (The opening animation for the game features the Hero and Berserker as adults anyway though). Make the "Hero" the normal body type, the "Berserker" the heavy type, and the "Elite" the kid type (if he can actually be created).
