I think this is another one of those "inspired" tracks, but they both sound very similar during a few parts:

Burst Limit - Final Decisive Battle

Within Temptation - The Howling

Something that backs that these two could be related: the Within Temptation song came out in 2007 and Burst Limit came out in 2008.

These make wonder whether he's composed anything original himself since Budokai 1. Everything he's involved in seems awfully suspicious now.

I was watching a video in which the main theme of Gremlins 2 plays, and it reminded me of something, which turned out to be Android 16's theme from DBZ Super Butoden.

Super Butoden - Android 16's Theme
Gremlins 2 - Main Theme

N-no, I can't take anymore. You guys, I can't do this anymore, it's' too much.
That Burst Limit one... my god.
As for Rock O' Motion, I always got the impression that the track was more... inspired by Johnny B Good. Might just be me, it does sound very similar though.

Complete rip off. I love No Leaf Clover, and this is a shocker.

I'm amazed I never noticed that one before, what point in the game did that play? It essentially is No Leaf Clover.

The top comment in the Kai video gave this one away:

Dragon Ball Kai - Tatakai no Rondo

Jamiroquai - Deeper Underground

This isn't related to Kai or Yamamoto but it's interesting:

It's incredibly hard to have any respect for the man after hearing this and many others. I dont understand why some of you feel this doesnt matter. Plagiarism is not good. Its one thing to be inspired by someone else and another to just take what they have done without credit. That's all this is. It is incredibly difficult to compose interesting and catchy riffs and melodies that are truly original but all he did here was make minor changes with a note going up instead of down or things like that in an attempt to protect himself if someone caught him. It matters less on a money and legal level to me then in the sheer principal of thr thing. He did not come up with this so he does not deserve praise or credit and attempting to do that AND profit. Grrr ... shame on him.

It seems like he rips off a shit ton for those Budokai video games.

But for Kai, he ripped off maybe 2 songs? His best pieces [Moment for shuddering, Heroic Face Off, One Hit To Victory, Destiny, ] don't seem to be ripp offs.

Anyway, I hate Kai without his score.

Much, MUCH more than 2 songs, dude.

The Formidable Warrior the Saiyan
Mr Satan's Song and Dance
Anxiety and Unease
Yushi no Gaisen
The Ebb and the Flow

This is just a small list.

If something is truly perfect, that's IT! The bottom line becomes there is no room for imagination! No space for intelligence or ability or improvement! Do you understand? To men of science like us, perfection is a dead end, a condition of hopelessness. Always strive to be better than anything that came before you but not perfect! Scientist's agonize over the attempt to achieve perfection! That's the kind of creatures we are! Honestly Yushi no Gaisen as a plagerized track is debatable, sure at the beginning the song does sound slightly similar to the Germany theme from Captain Tsubasa but that's where the similarities end, and let's not forget A New Foe Rears His Head.
If anyone has any of the DB/DBZ/DBGT or Maho Tsuaki Sally Japanese single DVD's that they'd be interested in selling send me a PM and I'll see if we can work something out. ;).

We don't know that yet, he could have copied them from something too foreign.

The Formidable Warrior The Saiyan is cool.

Ohh yeah, I think his best one he ripped off was "A New Foe Rears His Head" from Terminator Salvation soundtrack.

EDIT : he ripped off Yushi no Gaisen? NOw that;s a good soundtrack, that sucks.

It's funny. I used to make Dragonball Z music videos with Stratovarius' Hunting High and Low and Metallica's No Leaf Clover. This is so ironic

Oh, well, at least they fit in.
I don't care what anyone says, the Portuguese dub is the best.

I think they sound somewhat similar in certain parts. Any opinions?

I dunno aside from that one part I don't really think it was completely ripped off.
