Akihito Tokunaga Plagarized (Stole?)
I caught him!
The Bon Para Para brothers dance (slow and then fast)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jsmhBpaNvDs
From DBGT episode 10
https://www.universalproductionmusic.co ... -culture-1
CD from 1993 - It's track 15 but...
You have to click on Track 14 - Honey Funkadelica
Click on that... and it gives you more versions... it's the second track of that version which is track 15 overall of the CD

The Para brothers scene is literally just a basic beat. How is that plagiarism?

You can't plagiarize a beat.

That does remind me of something that Gaffer Tape/Mistare Fusion called attention to.

In what way is that plagiarism? It's literally production music. TV shows do that, even animation. The Dragon Ball franchise has done this a few times before anyway. There is little to no probability the music hasn't been officially licensed for use on the show.

Weren't Master Roshi's exercise themes also prouction music in a similar manner? Cool that the origin of this song was found, though.

You're right. They even used the intro music from a Polish Hanna Barbera release for Paikuhan's Thunder Flash sound effect:Conquester wrote: ↑Sun Oct 06, 2019 11:06 am In what way is that plagiarism? I don't think that is plagiarism, this happened sometimes with Z and OG DB too before, like with Kame Sennin's exercise songs as Valerius Dover said, I believe it is a production music, as some guys above said.
I simply wouldn't want to imagine my life without Dragon Ball, thank you Akira Toriyama (1955-2024), you are now immortal.
