I could careless, whenever its Recoome's butt being censored or Vegeta's middle finger.

Like it was said a page ago, the only thing that bothered me was Raditz's death censorship.

Vegeta's voice acting in Kai has also been a little off, and I think that is what he's refering to.

Ridiculously trivial bouts of censorship make me glad I stopped following Kai in every conceivable way. Haven't looked back so far and it doesn't seem like I'm missing out on anything. Thanks for the heads up.

(For those of you who haven't seen my posts in the relevant thread, I really despise censorship.)

Nah. Those aren't really "curse words" in the sense that we have "curse words." Otherwise Raditz's constant use of "kisama" wouldn't have been present in Kai.

I mean, seriously. Sometimes I feel like he's just saying "Kisama wa kisama kisamashita yo."

So, just wondering... What episode is that from in Dragonball Z? It'll be in Episode 28 of Kai. I wanna compare.

EDIT: Nevermind. Found it. Episode 61 of Z is 28 of Kai. That's badass.

That means Kai will be moving at almost the exact same pace as it has been (despite all of the upcoming filler). That, again, makes the ending count look like it's going to be in the area of 145-150...

Roughly 3 manga chapters per episode, actually, provided that it's all spread out evenly. We need to remember that the Freeza arc is rather long.

People act like someone balling their fist from anger is something that we should never see in Dragonball.

I don't care about that shit at all. The only thing that ever bugged me censor wise was Goku's wound from Piccolo's blast being edited to look like a giant bruise.

What annoys me to no end is when they cut out lines and scenes from the manga. That is completely ridiculous and is just totally defeating the point. That shit needs to get better in a hurry if Kai doesn't want to completely suck in my book.

I'm still not liking the music either, It has a real Nathan/ Ocean background noise sound to it.

Actually, that seems to be what they're say we should see...

It's that finger next to your index finger we shouldn't be seeing.

And anyway, it's not really Toei's fault, it's the stigmas (and maybe even laws) over there, which don't seem to be all too different than over here.

The middle finger also didn't used to mean anything in Japan, at least according to my middle school's Japanese teacher (I'm pretty sure she grew up in Japan but I may be mistaken). Times change.
