Well Hopefully this chapter is another lengthy one and we can get an explanation on how the hell Black gets stronger when he gets beaten down. I really have a feeling that Toyo is going to have Goku use either his SSJG form or SSJ3 form for the battle since he seems to be going different from the anime which is good.

Probably SSG since Trunks said his near SS3 power was a push over. If Toyotaro keeps the whole Black getting stronger through combat thing, him getting a vast power up from fighting God Goku will already make more sense than the anime.

Nice to see Dai Shinkan already. And I loved the V-Jump's cover, I was hoping for a XV2 theme.

That's the real news here guys!!
It's like he took one of the best filler episodes and turned it up a notch. At least it's way better than seeing them constantly eating....

Very true we need more of this in the anime. All the down time in it is either just eating or more eating. I'm very curious how they got to that point though considering what Trunks just revealed to them.

On a side note. That cover is amazing.

Yes, it looks like Black's initial attack on the present will in fact get skipped over unless the many missing pages show him attacking the planet while Goku is away, that'd make for a good twist actually.

Kid Trunks' go-cart says T, and Future Trunks's go-cart says T2. XD

I hope that listing for the next manga volume pops up on cdjapan soon.

Man, I love Toyotaro's version of God-tube. A crystal-ball on a wind-up typewriter is such a fun idea.

I could see the second option taking place since it appears that Goku is going to visit Zeno which happened after he met Zamasu correct?

It happened just ahead of him and Vegeta leaving for the future the first time.

Holy shit, the driving part seems to be gold!! Completely caught me of guard!
Toei is bringing all the old attacks back, why they couldn't remember something like this?! Always using food shows a big lack of creativity of their part.

I can imagine Toriyama with a big smile when looking to that Toyotaro storyboard. Brilliant!

Should the kart race be the equivalent of Vegeta and Trunks "training"? I feel that is the case.

It probably takes place in between that and Trunks visit to Gohan. So either Toyo doesn't address this or he does one shots describing what Trunks has been up to since coming back.

Sooo, the manga is still far behind the anime. Not interested by now.
Dragon Ball was always a kid series and fans should stop being in denial.

At this point, the manga is more for we who like Toyotaro's take on events, or who prefer comics as a medium in general. Not so much to supplement the show.
Retired.
