... Huh, anyway, hopefully he gets revived/pulled out of Majin Buu eventually. It would be nice if they do not retcon the fact that there should be five Kaioshins, at least in Universe 7.

Huh, I had always assumed the Grand Supreme Kai was Fat Buu. If you took him out, what would Fat Buu even be?

Maybe its more like there are some parts of the Grand Supreme Kai left like memories or his magic abilities?

I can finally say for sure that ToP is a lot better in manga (as pretty much all the arcs were). Even Jiren's defeat was so much better than in anime.
I can't say much about new arc, it doesn't seem to be interesting at all for now. Let's see what future brings.

I'm on the total opposite of this spectrum, for the manga is butchered ! Why ?

Simple:
-BoG Arc was not great not bad either just meh could have been better in execution imho.
-RoF Arc was laughable telling half the story for then cut the rest.
-Invitational Tournament U7/U6 Arc was like BoG not that great, for exemple I prefered Vegeta's battle against Auta Magetta in the anime.
-Arc Future Trunks, here a lot better than the anime but like the anime I don't like the ending of this arc.
-ToP Arc imho terrible arc rushed where I felt nothing for the erased Universe, there was no emotion no sens of danger.

And now they skip the Broly part how the hell I can take this manga seriously ? We need to rebrand the manga Dragon Ball Rush and Cut Super.

Overall I prefer the anime than the manga at least the anime feel complete (for now, because they can cut the adaptation of the Broly movie too).

Anime or manga, the TOP is fine, I personally had a good time reading the manga, but the anime was mostly boring, even though it had pretty good moments.

I'm exactly Chilled And of course the anime ToP arc was far from great but it was at least for my taste far ahead greater than the manga adaptation. Frieza giving energy to Goku was brillant, The MVP 17 being such a sassy badass that he cut the Trio Magical Girl from transforming, and a lot of tidbits I loved. Also the Migatte no Gokui is more badass in the anime than in the manga.

And fyi I'm not a power scalling kind of guy, that's something I can easily overlook.

I think he could be friends with him even WITH a touch of old Broly. That is what I was missing in his LSSJ form in this new movie, as that wild not so un-saiyan-like sadistic enjoying side (apparently) is completely gone.
